Overall Eye Cream Rating For Relastin Eye Silk: 56/100
Relastin Eye Silk is designed to restore the elasticity of your youth with a unique formula intended to strengthen the fragile skin around your eyes. This zinc firming complex is supposed to combine with the skin cells to create elastin, the protein which helps the skin to spring back into form, not wrinkle and sag.
Unfortunately during our independent testing, this we saw very limited results, if any. Results were reported in as little as two weeks, however we saw no results until after week four of our six week testing period. This eye cream was also priced at little high considering we did not see any results with the naked eye. The science behind this eye cream is along the lines of the best eye creams, as cell generation is a must, however this product failed to be potent enough to make a difference.
Our Impression
Overall we were rather unimpressed with this Eye Silk. Due to the nature of the active ingredients our testers were rather excited about his product, unfortunately that excitement was thwarted after just a few applications. At the price Relastin Eye Silk is charging, we expected to see medical grade concentration, but we didn’t and we were disappointed. We know that you cannot base a decision on a quality wrinkle cream based upon a price, but we can estimate the concentration of particular ingredients. This eye cream just fell short on ingredients, and short on results. Overall we were unimpressed. A very simplistic eye cream.
Recommendation
We would normally make a modest recommendation on this product, because while it is not potent enough to make short term results, it does have effects that are beneficial in the battle against aging. The only problem with RelastinEye Silk is that it is priced the same as the products that will deliver the same science, faster results, and more profound results. Because of that fact, we cannot make a recommendation on this one.
