Originally designed for post pregnancy Belli Eye Brightening Cream is supposed to reduce fine lines, puffiness and dark circles around the eye area. This unique blend of ingredients hydrates the thin skin below your eyes, firms the bags under your eyes and reduces pigmentation. While predominately used for the removal of bags and dark circles, it is supposed to also reduce fine lines as well.
During our six week testing period, we had a full range of results. Some claimed that this cream was among the biggest scam in the business, while others enjoyed the application and the firming sensation. What we found in our testing was that the less established symptoms were able to be penetrated and healed somewhat. But the more established the fine lines, puffiness, or dark circles were, the less the results were visible.
Our Impression
The Belli Eye Brightening Cream pleased us both with the amount of product and the price. Both of these correspond well with the effectiveness, and overall quality of the cream. We had expected there to be limited results based upon the ingredients, but did not expect such a wide range of results. Understanding that this Eye Brightening Cream is not a complete anti aging eye cream solution, we did not expect those level of results and therefore, were not terribly upset by them.
Recommendation
This cream is neither a true anti aging eye cream nor a remedy for deeper or more established symptoms associated with the eye area. The price however is decent and a fair amount of product is provided. We can make a recommendation on this product, IF you understand what this product will do and what its limitations are. If you are buying this product expecting this to be the complete answer to your concerns, Belli Eye Brightening Cream is not the one for you.

I thought this cream was a good value. low price, average results. Dont expect to see results in a couple months, but after continued use your skin will look better.
This is terrible, I am not sure how this even got on the shelves. i dont think it does anything at all for any aging signs AND it stings my eyes! sorry but this is horrible.
I am 35 I used this cream for two months and saw no difference. I am not sure I agree that anyone should buy this. I will not buy it again.
I am 42 and used this cream for a many months. It is a good cream. It may not make wrinkles just dissapear, but what does? I think it is a ok cream for people to use.
